Jo Greene
Jo is a talented businesswoman, and she has been a part of the VR team since 2007. She is the daughter of Martin and Jackie, who have instilled in her a strong work ethic and a passion for business. Jo’s particular area of expertise is marketing, and she is well-versed in the latest trends and strategies to help businesses grow.
After obtaining her degree in business and marketing, Jo was eager to put her knowledge and skills to work. She joined her parents and brother at VR and quickly made a name for herself by running a tight ship. Jo’s values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism are deeply ingrained in the company’s culture, and she works hard to ensure that everyone on her team lives up to these standards.
Jo is a devoted mother and wife, and she works hard to strike a balance between her work and her family life. She believes that a healthy work-life balance is essential for success and encourages her team to prioritise their well-being.
In addition to her work at VR, Jo is passionate about supporting women in business. She believes that women have a lot to offer the business world and wants to help them succeed. Jo has created a culture of balance and respect within her team and is always happy to mentor other women who are looking to make their mark in the business world.

Phil
Phil is an exceptional member of the VR team, having been an integral part of the company for almost 15 years. As the face of VR Sani-Co, he is widely recognized for his extensive industry knowledge and unwavering passion for VR. With Jo as his spouse, Phil considers VR as a family member, and this familial sentiment is reflected in his dedication to the company, customers, and the industry.
Phil’s exceptional skills as an account manager make him a valuable asset to the team. He is always available to help customers, answer questions, and advise potential clients. Phil’s honest and friendly approach to sales sets VR apart from the competition. His authentic, friendly, and cheerful personality has played a significant role in creating the welcoming and engaging environment that VR is known for.

Process and Account Administrator
Maddie
In late 2022, Maddie joined the team at VR and quickly made a significant impact. With her extensive knowledge and expertise in the field, she brought a fresh perspective and a vibrant personality to the workplace. Maddie’s admirable level of initiative, impeccable organisational skills, and impressive grasp of accounts were immediately apparent, and she fit right in with the team.
As Jo’s right-hand lady, Maddie is solely responsible for handling the accounts side of the business, including customer account queries. Her bubbly and infectious personality is a delight to be around. Maddie’s positive attitude and cheerful nature make her an invaluable team member who is loved by all. VR is fortunate to have such a talented and dedicated individual on their team.
Service Team
Our Service Team is composed of eight highly skilled individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Each member of the team possesses unique qualities that make them stand out, and we are extremely proud of the team we have created. They are an integral part of our business, representing us every day when visiting customers.
Our Service Team is fully immersed in the culture of our business, and they understand just how vital their role is in our success. They take pride in offering the highest level of service to our customers, and this is evident in our satisfied customer base. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not tie our customers into lengthy contracts. Our Service Team is supported by our dedicated office staff who ensure that every customer receives the highest level of service, and we are proud to say that we have an exceptional team.
The members of our Service Team are always discrete and professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure that our customers are happy with the services we provide. Sales Assistant
Tania Parker
Tania has been a part of our team for over a year now. We were impressed by Tania’s authenticity and knew she would be an excellent addition to our sales team. This is mainly because her values align with ours – honesty and integrity. Tania embodies these values abundantly, which makes her a valuable asset to our team.
Mascot
Rufus
Rufus, the beloved mascot of VR, joined the team in May 2023, and his presence has been a delightful addition ever since. Rufus is a playful pup with a mischievous streak and an unwavering commitment to naps. He has a special talent for warming up tired feet and is always on the lookout for lunchtime crumbs, which he guards with utmost loyalty. His playful antics and charming personality have made him an indispensable member of the VR team. Rufus settled in quickly, and he has become a fixture in the office. Initially, he was particularly dedicated to barking every time the phone rang, but over time he has learned to be more at ease. Nowadays, Rufus enjoys following Jo, his favorite human, around the office and providing emotional support to anyone who needs it.
